Conveyors are mainly used in vehicle handling and material transfer systems with telescopic requirements.It greatly shortens the distance between manual handling materials and the loading and unloading time, reduces the labor intensity, the damage of goods and the loading and unloading cost, to improve the work efficiency. The conveyor can transport materials by two-way operation.The conveyor can be used in conjunction with other transportation equipment and material sorting system to realize automatic production of material loading and unloading , especially widely used in the tobacco industry.

I. Scope of application

Logistics enterprises (e-commerce, postal service, express delivery, third-party storage, distribution center and distribution center, etc.);

Enterprise logistics (chemical industry, light industry, machinery, e-commerce, electronics, medicine, food, tobacco, post and telecommunications, etc.).

2. Maintenance and protection

Maintenance should be carried out regularly by specially-assigned person (special class), according to the starting frequency, generally two weeks to four weeks.

/1/. Check the main transmission parts of the transmission line, such as sprocket wheel, tensioning device and chain link, whether they are loose, shifted or detached, and whether the drum has bending and depression.

Check whether the movement of each moving element is stable, and whether there is any obvious noise, abnormal sound and vibration.

/2/. Check the head motor and the dental box for any looseness or displacement.

/3/. Check whether there is any bending deformation of the supporting chain track, if any, it should be straightened or replaced;

/4/. Check the tensioning degree of the driving chain. If it is too loose, adjust the chain tensioning device to ensure the proper tensioning degree of the chain;

/5/. Check whether the connection screws of each component are loose, and if so, tighten them.Check all switches and mounting brackets on the wire body for looseness or misalignment. If found, correct in time.
