In order to maintain the PVC conveyor belt during transportation, there are following tips for your reference:

1. To avoid over loaded of belt.

2. Timely take measures for belt deviation off routine.

3. Timely repair the partial damage to avoid huge broken.

4. To prevent the belt be caused damage or tear due to blocked by the frame, column or block material.

5. Guarantee the rotating speed of PVC conveyor. For large agglomerates and worn materials should be used with a fixed force unloading device with low speed operating.

6. To avoid the pulley being covered by materials to cause bad rotation, to prevent the material leakage between the pulley and the belt,  and guarantee lubrication of pulley.

7. To select correct and suitable belt reasonable with right type, structure and plies of PVC conveyor belt  for different application and meet different diameter of pulley, also including the transportation gradient.
